User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users of the 841 platform must refrain from the following activities:
- Violation of Technical Restrictions or Attempts to Hack the Platform
- Fraud, Cheating, or Causing Harm to Other Users
- Managing Accounts Using Robots, Scripts, or Automated Software
- Using the Platform for Money Laundering or Illegal Activities
- Collecting or misusing another user’s personal information
Payments, Transactions & Account Funds
All transactions on 841 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved mobile banking methods such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket must be used for deposits and withdrawals. 841 reserves the right to change payment methods at any time.
Minimum deposit starts from ৳ 100. Balance is credited automatically after deposit. Users are responsible for any incorrect transactions.
Identity verification must be completed before withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 200. Processing may take 1–48 hours.
841 may set maximum transaction limits per account and may require additional verification if limits are exceeded.
Separate terms may apply to bonus or promotional funds. Proven fraudulent activity may lead to confiscation of balances and account closure by 841.

Limitation of Liability
841 is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including internet disconnects, technical failures, third-party issues, or device errors. The maximum liability of 841 per incident is limited to the affected account balance.

The 841 logo, design, software, content, and trademarks are exclusive property of 841. Copying, distributing, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
Third-party links may be present on the 841 platform. Accessing such links and the content or services there is at the user’s own risk. 841 is not responsible for third-party content.
Account Suspension, Closure & Terms Modification
When Can an Account Be Suspended?
841 may temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts in any of the following situations:

- Providing False Information or Identity Fraud
- Managing Multiple Accounts
- Suspicious Financial Transactions
- Violation of Laws or Regulations
Terms Changes & Governing Law
841 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective once published on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable Bangladeshi laws, with any disputes resolved in appropriate courts in Bangladesh. 841 always operates in compliance with local law.
